... However since purchasing this one I use it alot more. The eyeliner itself is very soft and hasn't dried out which I found previous eyeliners I have used did so quite fast. The other end of the eyeliner is used for smudging, I have not experimented with this much as I like clean bold lines for my eyes, however when I have it has been quite succussful. Another good point is that it stays in place, with other eyeliners I find they often move about and get stuck in the crease under my eye which isn't a good look but th...more

I got this eye pencil from Asos as i own the Benefit Bad Gal Mascara and love it. I paid £14 for it and got free delivery which was nice! This pencil is available pretty much everywhere - Asos, as i mentioned, Boots, Superdrug, eBay, Amazon etc. If buying on eBay or from an Amazon seller though (or any online shops), i'd be wary of fakes as there's apparently quite alot, but with trusted retailers there is no issue and i don't doubt for one minute that mine is fake. There are 3 different colours to choose from: Black, Expresso and Charcoal. I got the black as i really love the messy indie look at the minute and black is more of a grungey colour so adds more of ...  Read the complete review

Whilst strolling through Glasgow Airport's Duty Free I was in great need of a black eyeliner for going on holiday. I normally use brands such as Rimmel, Barry M, as I don't use pencil liner that often so I don't tend to spend too much on it. However, getting in that holiday spirit and thinking of all the late night and swimming I thought water proof eyeliner would just be just what I needed! I have to say I did go against my sensible side and pay roughly £13 - for eyeliner! At this point convinced myself it was my first holiday treat and would be totally worth it! *The Liner* It comes in a nice box, which is nice because most eyeliners I buy ...  Read the complete review

Benefit Bad Gal Waterproof Eye Pencil: the new badgal product (321 words)

Eyeliner This waterproof liner is a well needed follow-up to the original Bad Gal liner. Aside from the waterproof nature of it, the main difference is that it is a more traditional pencil style, whilst the previous one was built like a crayon! It is heavily pigmented leaving a lovely strong black colour behind in just one stroke. The pencil itself is easy to grip and the texture of the nib means that it goes on easily without dragging the eyelid, even if applied in a feathered style. In particular, it will simply glide along the lash line without smudging further down or onto the inner lid. It also goes on just as well along the upper lash ...  Read the complete review

I use a number of different Benefit products as I really like the way they make me look, I can achieve really pretty results with their products. I also really like their whole look and the way they name and package their products. Benefit is an America cosmetics company founded in 1976 by twin sisters in San Francisco. The girls are called Jean and Jane. Their visions was to create makeup with a whimsical candy store type theme. Nowadays the brand has over 1,000 makeup counters in more than 25 countries. The look is quite kitsch and old fashioned in a way but the make up is very cool and sought after. I have used their Bad Gal lash mascara for a ...  Read the complete review

Benefit Bad Gal Waterproof Eye Pencil: Smokey success!!! (323 words)

I am a massive fan of the smokey eye look- so much so that it is pretty much all my eyes ever get made up in! And a massive element of the smokey eye look is a smudgey, thick black eye outline. I already use Benefit BadGal mascara so it was a natural next step to buy the Benefit BadGal Eye Pencil! I bought the pencil for £14 online at Benefit's website, but it is widely available at their concession stands in places like Boots, Selfridges and Debenhams. The pencil comes packaged in a slim cardboard box. It is double-ended- one end is the pencil and the other is a blending tip. The pencil is quite slim, but not so slim that it is difficult to handle. ...  Read the complete review
