Benefit Big Beautiful Eyes is a very treasured possession of mine! I wear it sometimes for an ordinary day, sometimes for a special occasion. I'm not sure if it makes my eyes big as such, but if I do say so it makes them beautiful! Big Beautiful Eyes is a palette with a nice design inside a sleeve, which when you open up has a mirror on the top, four samples of makeup and 2 brushes, one of the two having two ends. It comes with an instruction leaflet which shows you how to use it to the greatest advantage. The yellowy/skin colour section on the far left which is large than the rest is called "Boi-ing" and is used underneath the eye to get ... Read the complete review

Ever curious of Make-up brands I saw a lot of great reviews about this product last year, and it quickly went straight to the top of my Christmas list. So was super happy on Christmas morning when I saw a neatly wrapped little box sat on the top of my present mound. And I have to say, even compared to iPod speakers and Cath Kidston books this was by far my favourite, and most used, present from Christmas 2008. Anyways.. on to the review! The Brand? Founded by Jean and Jane Ford in 1976 Benefit has always had somewhat of a cult following. Their first product 'BeneTint' is still one of their best sellers over 30 years later. Benefit's products ... Read the complete review

Recently I came back from Portugal and spotted this little gem in the booklet on my Monarch plane home. I am one of those people who is now at an age where I have a set routine for my makeup and always use the same colours. I am fairly good at blending, have nearly perfected it over the years. For about 3 years now I have used something very similar to this product by Lancome. My main stipulation is the dark brown has to be very dark and it has to have a lighter colour in the palette for blending. So when I saw this, and saw it was by Benefit who are a great brand, I thought I'd give it a go. The product comes in a little box sleeve - you pull it out and the ... Read the complete review

I bought this on a plane on the way home from a holiday. I had some euros left and decided to treat myself. I have always liked Benefit products and this was no exception. I was immediately attracted to the colours in this pallette and of course the very attractive trademark Benefit packaging. What I loved about this product was that it not only provided brush with details on what type of brush they are, but also a mini make up lesson on how to apply the make up to get the 'Big Beautiful Eyes'. Packaging One of the reasons why people first buy Benefit products has got to be the physical attraction. They are just alot more exciting than other ... Read the complete review

I love wearing make-up but would be the first to admit that I have never really got to grips with how to contour and shade my eye makeup effectively, relying a bit on instinct and just general dumb luck. As a fully signed up fan of Benefit, I was intrigued by this pack but didn't get round to buying it until I picked up in a duty-free shop on the way on holiday. (Normal price is £21.50.) This set comes in a compact but sturdy pack with a nice illustration on the front. It also comes with straightforward instructions on how to use them. The lid of the box also has a mirror which is serviceable in the absence of a larger one. It is made ... Read the complete review
