Benefit Boi-ing industrial strength cream concealer
From the review's I have written so far in my time here at Dooyoo it is probably evident that I do tend to love Benefit's range of make-up products and I keep going back for more. I don't really think I am all that brand loyal and especially not when it comes to make- up because there are just so many great items on the market but the Boi-ing industrial strength cream concealer is one product that I have found hard to beat, so much so that it's probably the only make-up item I own that I have bought time and time again. It's probably the one little beauty product that I couldn't live without, it really is the best concealer I have come across for hiding any unwanted blemishes.
There are a lot of plus points to the Boi-ing concealer including its easy application, and longevity. I'm not going to talk you through all the ways to apply the concealer but I have found that the slight heat from your fingers allows for best application. You can still apply the concealer with a brush if you prefer but I certainly find that I get the best and quickest results from layering a small amount of the concealer onto any problem areas with my index finger.
The Boi-ing concealer does work really well at covering any red or blotchy patches of skin as well as any nasty spots that may rear their ugly head. Depending on your personal preference you can just as easily apply the concealer as a base to your foundation or on top of it just to add some extra coverage. I also think the concealer looks just as good applied on its own when you really don't have the time to spare to apply a full face of make-up, but just don't want the whole world to see that huge zit forming on your chin.
A slight word of warning, I don't tend to personally suffer from much dry skin on my face but from time to time I do get the odd little patch and because of the thick nature of Benefit's Boi-ing concealer it can make any dry skin look worse. There are ways of getting around this by either applying the concealer on top of rather than underneath a moisturising foundation or just by making sure you moisturise and exfoliate well before applying your make-up. It's just something worth keeping in mind if you have dry skin, you might be better with a more liquid than cream concealer.
Don't get me wrong this concealer is great, fantastic in fact, but it does have its limitations and I would have to say that it isn't the best under eye concealer out there. It doesn't reflect the light and hide those pesky dark circles as well as some other concealers that are specifically designed to that in mind.
I'm not sure how many of these concealers I have used now but I have been using the Benefit Boi-ing industrial strength concealer one after the other for years now and I still like it as much as I did when I first tried it. It's just such a good make-up basic that never lets me down and I even love the simple design of the packaging that Benefit have came up with. Unlike the picture above the new packaging is very similar but instead of the flip open lid there is a little screw top lid, it is just so easy to use and the case is hard enough to be thrown into and out of my bags on a regular basis.
The concealer does cost £16.50, but for your money you do get a product that will last you a couple of months even with daily usage.

Absolutely, it's a great product and one that does exactly what you want from a good concealer. Just make sure and match your correct skin tone from the range available and I doubt anyone would have many negative things to say about the Boi-ing concealer.
If it was possible I would give the Benefit's Boi-ing concealer more than just five out of five stars. It is one of my all time favourite make-up essentials and I'm sure it will continue to be so for a long time to come.
Summary: Five out of five stars
