This is a product which helps add definition, shape and also fills in the gaps of overplucking. I personally use light, but I only ever use it on nights out because I do find it quite heavy and if over applied you can look a bit like a clown. This is also what I would consider a very expensive product for what it does. It retails at £21.50, an...more

Premium Review Benefit Brow Zings: Eye'll be damned (424 words)

I’d imagine that most women have at some point in their lives either plucked or waxed their eyebrows in order to prevent the dreaded “caterpillar” look. Nice eyebrows can really frame the face and draw attention to the eyes. I have to say I am a tad obsessed with plucking away stray hairs, and I’ve never been entirely happy with my eyebrows because the hairs are a bit sparse. My friend suggested that I try Benefit’s Brow Zings. Brow Zings is a little square black compact. It has a mirror and comes with two tiny brushes, one has a slanted edge and the other is a blending brush. It also has a miniature set of tweezers. On the left side of the compact there ...  Read the complete review

Get super sleek eyebrows like me (89 words)

This is one of the must haves along with the Benetint. I bought both two days ago and have not regretted spending a single penny. My eyebrows look stunning and the wax is really easy to use and gives great shape with the little brush supplied. I am someone who likes to look glam but natural too. Although I spent over forty pounds I can just tell from the concentration and quality of the products that they are going to last me ages. Well worth the money I'd ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Benefit Brow Zings: Gimme That Zing! (508 words)

I am unlucky enough to have naturally dark, untamed eyebrows and, as a result have spent many a year plucking them furiously and then drawing them back on with a variety of different eyebrow pencils and powders (any woman reading this review will know that is not as crazy as it sounds!). When I discovered the Brow Zings kit 2 years ago I immediately fell in love, madly in love! Yes, they are pricey at nearly £20 a set from Boots, but they really are the best eyebrow kit I have ever used. The kit comes in 3 different shades of fair, medium and dark and I should point out that I have only used the darkest shade due to my hair being black (my mum, however, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Effective brow-defining kit (482 words)

I've been looking around for something to darken my eyebrows ever since I started dyeing my hair. My hair is naturally dark blonde, as are my eyebrows, but I've been dyeing it dark brown (so dark it's almost black) and I would have liked something to match my eyebrows with my hair! This product cost £21.50, which is quite expensive, but it was a birthday present from the friend who suggested it to me. After talking it over with her, I decided to go for the Light version (the kit comes in three shades, Light, Medium and Dark), as I thought a darker version might look a bit too much on my brows. The packaging, as with every Benefit product, is great. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Benefit Brow Zings: Brow-Zings Amaze-ing! (591 words)
by - written on 29/04/09 (Very useful, 99 readings)

Benefit Brow Zings are amaze-ing! If you are confused, what it is, is it's a little eyebrow makeover in a little compact! It contains two products, one a wax based pigment for shaping the brow, and the second a natural shaded powder to set the brow. Firstly what I noticed about this product was how lovely it was packaged, as with every Benefit item, it is supercute! The little compact feels good in your hand, and looks even better in your handbag. It has a little mirror included which is essential, two eyebrow brushes - one slanted (for shaping) and one rounded (for 'filling in'). The set also includes a mini set of tweezers - which I feel are way to small ...  Read the complete review
