Benefit California Kissin'

Im a massive fan of all Benefit products, but up intill I found this I wasn't that impressed with any of their lipglosses. I have used many blue tinted lipshines before such as an Estee Lauder and Lancome one as I like the finish it leaves, so when I saw Benefit had done one I had to give it a try. Dont be put off by using a blue lipshine, it doesnt make you look like a corpse, instead it goes on clear but with a very subtle blue tinge which apparantly makes your teeth looks whiter. I've been thinking about buying California Kissin' for a while, I like the idea of a lip gloss that helps my teeth appear whiter (I have a complex about my teeth) and I also love lip gloss in general. But £12.50 is a lot of money for one lip gloss and I have been trying to reign in my spending, honest guv! I must begin by saying I'm a huge Benefit fan - their products are just so cute and quirky! So, when this product came out I just HAD to try it as I'm a real lipgloss-rather-than-lipstick girl and this product promised more than your standard lipgloss! As well as lovely glossy lips it claims to make your smile brighter AND freshen your breath! As with all Benefit products, the packaging really stands out with its bright blue swirly design which fits in with the Californian 'surfing' type theme. Benefit's California Kissin' is a mint flavoured clear lip gloss with little blue particles in it. This is available from larger Boots stores, department stores, benefit.co.uk and other online shops for £12.50. This lip gloss comes in a blue plastic tube with a crew on lid. The gloss smells strongly of mint and is meant to help freshen your breath. The colour is a clear gloss but has tiny blue particles in it and this is meant to brighten the smile as blue apparently makes the teeth look whiter.
