I bought this blush after learning that peachy colour goes well on not-so-extremely-fair skin. This is the seventh of Benefit's boxed blush and as always boasts unique pretty box (said to be environment friendly) design in animal print and wood grain reminiscent of tropic jungle. Since there is a brush (doesn't seem to be the highest quality although quite soft to touch) neatly included in the box, this item is also ideal for carrying around in a bag for quick touch ups.
The colour of this blush is a darker pink / peachy coral and has subtle pearls that adds sheen to the skin depending on the angle of light. This blush is on the powdery side; when lightly brushed with a brush, you will end up seeing fine powder particles flying about in the box.
When tested with fingertip, the blush seems more pink then what you see with naked eye, but on cheek it turns out to be more of a peachy colour. Mind you, this blush is very highly pigmented so you could end up with burning cheeks if you're not too careful. Subtle gold pearl in the blush gives you healthy shine which also gently serves as a highlighter, adding to the contour of the face.
Lovely fragrance too!
This blush would last absolute ages even for someone who uses blush everyday given its pigmentation and the size, so it is a very good value for money.
