Benefit Erase Paste
Advantages: covers dark circles
Disadvantages: doesn't cover other flaws
Price and Availability
This is available in any store that has a benefit counter such as House of fraser, however since they do not offer a sample pot I looked on ebay and since they were so cheap on there I purchased one from there. In house of fraser brand new this retails at £28. I would pay that except I had never tried it and it's a small concealer. I pay just £6 for a brand new sealed pot of this from an outlet on Ebay, this was a more acceptable price to pay in my eyes.
Erase paste comes in three shades, it's fairly easy to guess which one you need, don't need to go to a counter and ask for their opinion, I have pale skin so I bought the fair coloured one.
Fair - For pale skin tones
Medium - For normal skin tones
Deep - For darker skin tones
This is only a tiny pot but I've known this pot to last someone a year now. You can a little plastic application stick and this does come with instructions, we are told to use the stick and apply a layer is each area and dab it, we're also told to apply 10% more than we usually would because this does fade
like all make up after time.
Personally I found this to be too thick, so using my finger I dab this all under my eyes and this works absolute wonders on dark circles, my eyes then looked really wide, awake, alert and refreshed. I no longer looked tired even though I wasn't. I actually couldn't believe it.
Like I said this made a vast improvement on my tired looking eyes however when applied to other problem areas this seems to go all flakey like I had dried skin, and when putting my foundation on it didn't go over properly unless I put about 3 layers of foundation on which isn't something I want to do, this was a disappointment for my cheeks but paying just £6 to make me not look tired was well worth it.
Summary: a good concealer that can be found cheaper when you look around
