Good primer but prefer lemon-aid (Benefit F.Y...Eye!)

Advantages: good primer and no creases, feels lovely and smooth

Disadvantages: too orange, bad shaped pot

I had used lemon aid by benefit for ages and was reaching the end of my pot when I revisited the benefit stand. I am a big fan of their products and came away with a bag full of goodies. They didn't have any lemon-aid in stock and I was told that FY Eye was actually better as a primer. Its an orangey mousse and feels really nice when you put it on - really smooth feeling.

However, I have a couple of issues with it:
- first its a very orangey colour which is slightly worrying at first. It does blend in pretty well but a couple of times I have noticed half way through the day that I have an orange smudge somewhere on my face. Ok, partly my fault because of bad application but I never had that problem with lemon-aid.
- secondly, lemon-aid was great to wear on its own as it got rid of discolouration and gave a smooth, one-colour finish. I would never use FY Eye on its own.
- the shape of the pot is inconvenient - its too deep and narrow. I don;t have particularly long nails and constantly find myself with orange mousse under them - not the best look!

It is a good primer and I don't get creases from my eyeshadow but I am going to revert to lemon aid (which is marginally cheaper - FY Eye is £17.50, Lemon-Aid is £15.50... every penny counts!!)

Summary: Not my favourite benefit product - good but not for me. I'll stick wtih lemon-aid.
