Benefit have done it again! I am a self-confessed Benefit addict and I love the colour gold so naturally I had to try Gilded. It is marketed as a multi purpose pencil product for the face. I have used Gilded on my eyes, cheeks (as a highlighter) and on my lips under clear gloss for a little gold shimmer.
Gilded comes in a gorgeous but simple black box with gold and white writing, it may be simplistic but it is eye catching and sophisticated looking .


This is an excellent product that can be applied lightly for a subtle gold glow or can be built up in layers for a more vibrant colour. I have brown eyes and when I used this product as an eyeliner I applied it to my lash line, waterline and inner eye and it really made my eye pop. Although it is a product that would really suit all skin colours as a close friend of mine also has this product and she has really pale skin and I think it suits her just as well.
As a highlighter it gives a really radiant look and really defines your cheekbones but not in an overly noticeable way. This product is a brilliant way to subtly draw attention to the best features on your face, all you have to do is apply it and blend in.
After application Gilded stays on for ages and it doesn't move, smudge or crease which makes it even better.

It costs around £13.50 for Gilded from your nearest Benefit counter which can be found at Boots stores. As an alternative you can purchase Gilded from the Benefit website (www.benefitcosmetics.co.uk). It may be expensive but this is a high quality product and it lasts a long time I bought it a few months ago and have used it quite a lot but it has hardly needed sharpened.


Once you buy it this product lasts for ages and ages so it is worth the money spent on it.
