I purchased some benefit make up for my wedding day, and have been using it since. One of the items I bought was the Hello Flawless! Benefit powder foundation, and despite the price I'm very happy with it.

Cost?
Hello Flawless! costs around £25 for a 7g pot. I got mine from Boots and it's also available at make up counters in big department stores.

Advantages?
I've tried a number of foundations over the years (haven't we all?) and have never really found one I liked, mostly due to being too heavy, greasy or orange, i.e. rubbish colours.

This foundation however, is light, easy to apply and very simple to blend. The pot it comes in has a clever space underneath the powder to keep a thin sponge and foundation brush (included). The brush is for lighter coverage and gives a more natural look, and the sponge is for a more even, all over coverage and is supposed to look a little more 'made up'. The powder is so light though that to be honest even when using the sponge all over the result is still very natural, and conceals blemishes rather than coats your face.

I used this foundation on my wedding day, and was very happy with it. The make up lasted around 12 hours before I took it off, and it was still looking good when I removed it. It is very easy to remove with a simple cleanser or make up wipe, and doesn't clog up your skin.

The colour matches my skin very well and there was no visable line around the jaw which you get with so many cheaper foundations. It's available in six different shades in a good variety of colours, although unfortunately there are no shades for darker skin tones.

The make up is presented in a very sweet little black and white compact style, with a mirror in the inside lid and a space for a brush and sponge under the powder (as described). Both the brush and sponge are very handy and ideal for the make up, unlike many powders I've tried where they provide a cheap, rubbishy brush where all the bristles fall out! I don't think I'll need to replace these in the time it takes for the make up to run out.

Hello Flawless! blends very well on top of concealer and under blusher, and I love that even when I'm wearing full coverage it really doesn't feel like it on my skin. It's light and not at all greasy, so you don't feel the need to keep applying powder to get rid of shine.

It also has SPF 15, a very useful feature when you consider that if you use it for complete coverage your face will always have a basic level of sun protection. However don't be tempted to use it instead of sunscreen, as it won't be as effective and SPF 15 is not nearly high enough for hot weather.

Disadvantages?
The cost. It is pretty pricey at £24-26 a pot, although if you do Boots you at least earn advantage points on it. Other than price I can't think of any disadvantages, it is a great piece of make up.

In sum?
I love this foundation, it's the only one I've found which can provide excellent coverage and conceals without feeling heavy or blocking my pores. It is expensive but it lasts a good while (maybe 3 months? Depends on how much and how often you use it) and provides even coverage, concealing blemishes even without concealer. It lasts all day and it's very easy to apply. This make up will feature in my bag for some time!
