Advantages: Great texture, colours, taste, fab packaging

Imagine my delight when, last birthday, I ripped off some ugly flowered wrapping paper to reveal not one, but three (well, six really) beautiful Benefit products in a funky box with a fab title.

Her Glossiness is a shiny not gloopy, soft not sticky, sweet not sickly lip gloss wand which comes in gorgeous colours with just the right amount of sparkle (I was guilty of over-sparkling in my teenage days. I have learnt from past mistakes).

This gift set comes with six colours, four of which I've actually worn outside the house (the other two are reserved for playing "dress up" in the privacy of my flat). The colour in the middle on the bottom on the picture is particularly pretty (and tasty) in my opinion.

The only problem I can think of with this product is that the three pinkest colours are all very similar when they're on your lips, and the two vampiest colours are a bit too "vampy" for me. Thus really there are only two colours in practice. However, this does not matter because I love SETS and one lip gloss on its own (or even two) wouldn't be a set and I wouldn't be able to line them up on my dressing table in a special order (like I used to do with those huge sets of colouring pencils I had as a kid).

This is an ideal gift for a girly girl who is in their teens or twenties (I can't vouch for the rest of the population). It has fab packaging and is a great product. Besides, buy a girl a Benefit product and you can't really go wrong!
