Benefit Her Glossiness Since wearing Benefit Bad Lash Gal and being very disappointed with it I thought the last thing I would do is buy another Benefit product. That was until a few weeks ago when I saw my friend wearing Her Glossiness. When I saw her I couldn't take my eyes of her lips, they we're like a celebrities, very glossy and pouty, it didn't look gloopy or sticky and from that moment. I first tried this lip gloss from Benefit when I received it free with Glamour magazine. That in itself was astounding - you actually got a full size tube! Anyway, I guess it is good marketing as I bought another tube when the freebie ran out last week. You can purchase this at Benefit counters, which are located in Boots, Fenwick, Debenhams and House of Fraser. I discovered yesterday that John Lewis (or at least the huge store near me) does not have a Benefit concession which I was rather surprised about. *Introduction* If there is something I can't resist, it's a bargain. Like the majority of people that possess this product, I got it in my monthly subscription of Glamour magazine. I was thrilled to be getting a £13 lip-gloss for £2! First Impressions I think Benefit is a fab boutique brand with really exciting and innovative new products. You can't help but be enticed by the fun packaging and impressive products. Having tried their 'Thrrob' blusher and being very impressed, I was keen to try something else. So, after much deliberation I purchased the 'her glossiness' lip gloss. Packaging The tube is plastic and transparent, with a black lid and a sponge applicator, rather than a brush. The colour of the lipgloss can obviosuly be seen through the tube and it looks pretty. Firstly I would like to mention that I LOVE Benefit products, I am a little bit addicted and get them for every birthday / Christmas. So here is my biased report of Her Glossiness: Price: About £13 each, which is average for this sort of brand, however there was a promotion done in a magazine that meant a lot of people got these for £2 (the cost of the magazine).
