Moon beam is the darker, more golden sister of high beam. I love both high and moon beam and use them together, as they mix into the perfect shade for my olive skin.

As I mentioned in my other review, benefit moon beam has a much lovelier consistency than the benefit check stain benetint. The packaging looks very similar but the product inside the bottles are very different. Moon beam glides on effortlessly and has a creamy texture. The colour is a pretty golden peach tone with a pink metallic sheen. It looks very nice on darker skin tones and ads a pretty highlight to the check bones and sculpts the face. I would recommend this product to any medium/darker skinned girls and I'll definitely be buying more when I run out. I don't see that happening too soon though as a little goes a long way and I only need a few drops a day. This highlight looks good over make up but also on bare skin with a plain or tinted moisturiser and some cream blusher on the cheeks.
