Benefit's Mr Frosty is a white eye pencil that's similar to their Bad Gal black pencil. You can buy this from Benefit counters at Boots, Debenhams, House of Fraser, or from benefitcosmetics.co.uk. On their website and catalogue they suggest using this pencil on the waterline, to create a wide awake and bright eyed effect. I also find that this helps to make the eyes look bigger, especially if you line underneath with a black eye liner like Bad Gal.
