Advantages: nice smell, gives nice glow and smoother skin, makes foundation stay on longer
Disadvantages: none
Benefit That Gal is a pink, brightening face primer and is available from larger Boots stores, Debenhams, House of Fraser, benefitcosmetics.co.uk and anywhere else online that sells Benefit products. It a bit pricey at £22.50 but a nice light reflecting foundation primer that makes your make up last longer and gives a healthy glow.
This primer comes in a pretty white plastic tube with a cute design and has a white lid and smaller see through cover to keep the product fresh and prevent it from drying out. There's a little section at the bottom of the bottle that you can twist to get the product to come out of the little holes at the top. Just make sure not to twist too much as you might end up getting too much product out.
The product is a pretty peachy pink colour and smells really nice. I think it smells of bubble gum and think it's quite pleasant but I know some people may not like this. The consistency of the product is a creamy, easy to spread formula that smoothes onto the skin and reflects the light so that you look healthier and gives the skin a nice glow. It also camouflages fine lines and blemishes and makes the skin look smoother.
You can wear this under your make up or on its own. I find that either looks pretty and just gives a nice smooth polish to the skin. I find that it makes my foundation apply easier and last much longer through the day; it keeps the foundation looking fresh, doesn't fade as easily if at all and stays crease free.
I recommend that you try this out at the Benefit counter first, as you might not like the feel or smell of it and don't end up wasting over 20 pounds on something you might not get on with. In my opinion, this is a very nice primer and I really like it, as it gives a pretty glow and smoothing effect.
Summary: lovely face primer from benefit
