A must for these winter months to keep lips supple and chap free is Blistex Lip Conditioner. I buy mine in a tin from Boots, but most chemists and beauty places such as Body Care sell it. I have been using it for years and love it. I have a tin in my desk at work and one at the side of the bed at home. I apply some every night and during the day when needed. It smells good and makes your lips tingle.

It is also good for the summer months (if you can call them that!). It has a SPF of 15 so stops them drying out in the sun.

You don’t need a lot. Just enough to cover your lips like if you were applying lip balm in stick form. One small tin lasts me around six months, and that’s using it eveyday.
