The tube is the standard lip balm 4g variety and this product has the added benefit of being SPF 15 - now I am no longer 18 I am realising the importance of these few letters and numbers! The application of the balm is great, it glides on without going too fluid, sticky and thick on your lips. It sinks in very quickly and leaves you lips feeling really soft, moisturised and slightly tingly - in a pleasant way! The tint element is a very soft and subtle natural rose colour and woul...more

Blistex Tint & Shine: Nice lipsalve, doubling as a lipstick (216 words)

Blistex Tint & Shine retails for circa £2 in most high street toiletries/cosmetics shops (but look out for it on special offer too). It is only available in one size and weighs about 4g. Packaging Tube is contained with cardboard packaging. Cardboard packaing is attractive and is pink and white. The tube itself is a dusky pink colour with red writing. Product is dispensed through rolling up the tube from the bottom (much like a lipstick). Application Very easy to apply and does not clag or go clumpy on lips. One tube lasts approximately 4 months with multiple daily applications and so is quite good value for ...  Read the complete review

My perfect lip balm (217 words)

This is my favorite lip balm. My lips get chapped really easily so i always carry this around with me. I buy this for around £3 in Boots, which i think is very good value as i use it everyday and it always last around 2-3 months. It contains spf 15 which is great for summer. Like all Blistex products, it conditions the lips very well and cures dryness or chapped areas. I also tastes nice and applies evenly and looks very natural. What i especially love about this product is the colour. I need to wear a lip balm to keep my lips good condition but also like to wear a lip colour in the day when i put on my make-up. This is the perfect solution, it ...  Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of Blistex products, they are in expensive and always, in my opinion, work very well. In summer I suffer with dry skin on my lips and end up chewing off any moisture rich lipstick and making the situation worse. I found the Blistex Tint and Shine (blush) product in my local boots but it is available in most pharmacies on the high street. It cost just under £2 and comes in a no nonsense card packaging that is easily removeable. The tube is the standard lip balm 4g variety and this product has the added benefit of being SPF 15 - now I am no longer 18 I am realising the importance of these few letters and numbers! Brilliant colour and moisture (211 words)

Blistex Tine & Shine is one of it's kind. It's both a lip balm stick AND a subtle lipstick. This is my all time favourite lip accessory even thought it's quite pricey at around £2.30 at Boots it's well worth it and here's why. I personally don't like the lip balm makes such as Nivea who make the lip glosses to combine nourishment with colour. I don't like my lips being gloopy and sticky. Tint & Shine offers the perfect solution and provides a great subtle (but can be more if you keep applying) colour with normaly levels of skincare and nourishment of Blistex (which is great for dry/chapped lips in winter) without it being lip glossy. I love this one so much I buy  Read the complete review

Blistex Tint & Shine: Lipbalm with nice, subtle colour, but bad taste (204 words)

I generally use vaseline to stop my lips from getting dry or chapped, but I decided to buy this product as I wanted something with more colour. The product comes in a small, slightly sparkly pink tube with a lid that pushes on nice and securely, meaning that it never falls off in your bag. The compact size of the product makes it easy to slip into a pocket, and it is much more convenient than a tin of vaseline. The lipbalm itself is a fairly dark pink colour, but when put on it adds a nice subtle tint to your lips. It moisturises quite well, although I still use vaseline when my lips are especially dry. The scent of the product is the biggest downfall for me ...  Read the complete review
