Bloom also produce many aromatherapy products and have used the mandarin scent to give a refreshing and energising mood to the wearer, making you feel good as well as looking good (the application advice orders you to wear with a smile!). It also contains conditioning ingredients so that, unlike many lip glosses, this will not dry out your delicate lips! The lip glazes come in 16 different...more

Premium Review Bloom Lip Gloss: Get them while you can! (564 words)

Rating:

I first discovered Bloom years ago after hearing it mentioned by celebrities the world over (including Kylie, Victoria Beckham and Renee Zellweger). The company was created in 1993 by Natalie Bloom, who aimed to create quality products with a spirit of fun and quirkiness. The entire range has an air of girly sophistaction- a feel embodied by the figure appearing on every product, Miss Bloom. A sophisticated 50's style starlet with unbelievably long eyelashes who owes much of her style to Audrey Hepburn. The Bloom Lip Gloss is one of the best lip glosses around. I am a true lip gloss feind and carry about 5 in my handbag at any one time but this ...  Read the complete review

Pucker up with the divine Bloom range of lipglosses. With four great colours to choose from you'll be at a loss to decide which to try first. 'Smooch' is a pearly pinkish colour that would suit many people, but I tend to prefer darker colours on my lips. 'Pout' is a natural lip-pink/peach colour that should suit everyone, no matter what their colouring. 'Smirk' is a bronzey gold colour that would fabulous on darker skinned people. 'Glamour Queen' is a gorgeous blackberry colour that makes you look like you've been biting into woodland fruits. Each lipgloss is packaged in a 1950's ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Bloom Lip Gloss: Just another lip gloss? (208 words)
by - written on 25/07/01 (Very useful, 372 readings)

I was first told about Bloom by an Australian friend who swore by thier lipglazes. The lipglazes come in range of 6 colours, ranging from a light pearly sheen (Glow) to a bolder berry colour (Glam). The glazes are packaged in a small squeezable tube which makes the glaze easy to apply straight from the tube or with your fingers. The glazes themselves are a good consistancy, giving an even colour and the formula seems moisturising so it doesn't feel like I need to wear a lip balm underneath it. The glaze doesn't have an awful taste like some glazes have but isn't flavoured. The glazes are scented with mandarin and vanilla essential oils ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review smirk! (119 words)

Having a makeup bag jammed full of glosses and lipsticks and liners, it's always good to come across a new product which becomes a favourite. The colour I prefer is SMIRK and its neutral but makes your lips stand out. It's wonderfully glossy and this effect doesn't fade as fast as you might expect. The smell is delicious (like chocolate) which makes lips kissable and soft. The gloss lasts for ages (although it can be quite sticky if you've got long hair!)and if your handbag is prone to fluff and rubbish then it will certainly collect on the tube. I have had many compliments when wearing bloom gloss. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Bloom Lip Gloss: Winter chapped lips  (84 words)

Now that Winter season is upon us, the search for the perfect lip balm continues. I have recently discovered Blooms' Lip glaze and have found that it's really good and super moisturising. It has a lovely, sweet smell of vanilla and mandarin. It comes in a squeazy tube that you apply straight to the lips which means no mess or fiddling about. You do have to apply it quite frequently, though it's worth it because it does soften up your lips. ...  Read the complete review
