I am not at all a fan of B Brown, I disagree with her views on make-up and think most of her range is bland and boring. So I was pretty surprised to discover that this is an absolutely fantastic foundation. I was given it by a friend for whom the colour was too pale. I eyed it sceptically - it looked far too yellow and gloopy for me. But once it was on - well, just how wrong could I be?! Somehow this transforms skin, it made mine look ten years younger (I was having a very bad skin day); it covers very well without being heavy and is very easy to use. Not only that, but it's oil free. It's certainly emollient enough for someone with dry skin, but those of us with oil problems will find it excellent too. This is something i use now when I want my skin to look very polished and well-groomed. It also stays put without clogging for absolutely hours - easily through a full day at work. The yellow-ish shade (I don't have skin with yellow undertones at all) somehow disappears on tyhe skin and just contributed to that very healthy look. There aren't many foundations I consistently repurchase, but this will definitely be one of them.
