Didn't give me gorgeous Angelina Jolie lips. (Boots 17 Ultimate Volume Lip Gloss)

Advantages: Decent Glossy look, cheap.

Disadvantages: Doesn't do as promised, lips not changed in volume, limited amount of shades.

I am a huge Lip Gloss fan, I have around 15 Lip Glosses, which I use regularly and around 10 more, which I use during special occasions. So I was in Boots, and I thought I would treat myself, after a crappy day, and came across Boots No 17 Ultimate Volume Lip Gloss in clear, it looked really great, and I did need a new clear Lip Gloss, so decided to give it a go, and for price, how could I go wrong?

Boots's claims that No 17 Ultimate Volume Lip Gloss will make "lips much fuller and pumped up" but also "natural looking fullness." Personally, these statements seem a little big, for just a Lip Gloss, but guess we'll just have to find out if they are really that good.

Firstly, the Lip Gloss come in a normal Lip Gloss tube, and the wand is, pretty much the normal wand, with the sponge bit at the end, personally I find this wand the best, when applying Lip Gloss, as it gives a much smoother and even coat. Although, it might not be the same for every women, so check wands to suit you. I personally choose the clear Lip Gloss, but the Lip Gloss comes in pink and red shades too, but I do have to say, not the biggest selection of shades I've ever seen, I was a little disappointed to be honest.
Applying the Lip Gloss was easy, as the wand is actually really good, it wasn't flexible and allowed the Lip Gloss to go on pretty well, and the coat was pretty great too. I also noticed the Lip Gloss stayed on my lips, as not all Lip Glosses do, because they can run and get all messy and eww. But I was pretty happy with this one so far.
I choose the clear shade of this product, and yes, it made my lips all Glossy, but I honestly couldn't see any change to my size size or how pumped up they were, which was very disappointed about, because I expected to have much bigger and sexier lips, but no. Although, I do have to say the results of the Lip Gloss, I liked, it was really Glossy, but it may not suit every women's tastes, so I'd be careful when considering this one, although the Glossy look doesn't last for very long, so if the overly Glossy look isn't for you, it does ware of pretty easily.

Overall, No 17 Ultimate Volume Lip Gloss, is abit disappointing, there is not change to my plumpness of my lips, and there is no added volume, but the Glossiness of the Lip Gloss suits my tastes, but I know there are better Lip Glosses around, which could achieve better results. Maybe leave it on the shelve.
