An ok product, but I won't be buying it again. (Boots Lipsalve Strawberry)

Advantages: It smells good and is dermatologically tested.

Disadvantages: Doesn't last long and doesn't have very nice texture.

Having very dry lips that seem to get chapped very easily, I like to always have some sort of lip balm with me. So whenever I've gone out for the day and forgotton one, I end up buying a new one. Being a very forgetful person I've built up a pretty large collection of different lip balms and I have to say, this Boots Strawberry Lipsalve was not one of the best I've used.

It is a quite good price, being 99p and if I remember rightly there were a few other flavours to choose from. It comes in a standard sized pink tube that you have twist to bring up the lip balm.

It's got a good smell. Very sweet, strong strawberry smell. Could be said to be a bit sickly, but I like it.

I find that when putting it on, it's hard to get a full, decent coat of it on all over my lips so I kind of have to smear it on which is irritating. It has a nice strawberry taste to it, but it makes my lips feel a bit to sticky for my liking. As well as this it barely lasts five minutes, which obviously is a pain as you have to keep reapplying.

On the bright side it is dermatologically tested! And gives your lips a nice shine.

Overall I'd have to say that it was just average really. I doubt I'll be buying it again, I'd rather invest a bit more money in something made of a bit better quality.
