I'm quite pale, so if I want colour in my cheeks, I have to paint it on. As a poor student, I don't have the money to spend a lot on makeup, so Boots Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks seemed like the perfect product for me.

I was drawn to this particular blusher mainly because of the very reasonable £1.95 price tag, but also because of the pretty, natural looking range of colours. I chose the shade Rosey Glow as a rosey glow was the kind of effect I was looking for. There are three other shades to choose from; Peach Melba, Pink Cloud and Dusky Pink. The blusher comes in a little white pot with a clear plastic lid. There is a sticker on the bottom with the colour written on it.

The blusher is used just like any other - gather some powder on your brush and sweep across the cheeks. You don't need to use a lot to see a difference in colour. Just a small amount of powder is enough to give a natural, healthy looking glow. As a result, the product lasts a very long time. I don't wear makeup often, but I still wear it quite regularly. I must have had this blusher for about two years and it looks like it's hardly been used. In fact it's probably time I threw it out and got a new one, which is a good excuse to try out another colour in the range, not that I need an excuse at such a low price.

I love this blusher and I will definitely be trying the other shades available. I recommend this to everyone.
