As a Boots-aholic when I have cash in my pocket I am always wandering around the shop looking for little treats, especially in the Make-up aisles. On one particular trip I was looking for mascara. I didn't want to spend too much money as I had in fact not long bought one but had stupidly picked up Brown instead of Black. Therefore I was drawn to the Boots Natural Stand. This mascara doesn't stand out. It is in a white tube with the brand and logo printed on. I guess it would stand out alongside other brands of mascara being white but in it's own Natural Collection stand at Boots (the only place you can buy this as it is a Boots brand) it blends in. It costs £1.99 or works out cheaper if bought as part of their 3 for £5 deal which I think is permanent. I would never had given this a go if it wasn't for reviews I read of the product. I mentioned in my other Natural Collection reviews that I had to make an emergency trip to Boots when I went to Newcastle as I had forgotten my entire make up bag. I was pleased to see that Natural Collection have a great offer on their make up range where you can buy three items for £5.00 which I think is great value, but that's only if the items actually work and so far one of the three doesn't! Mascara is a daily essential for me and I go through them quite quickly. I thought this was worth a try when I spotted it for the bargain price of £1.99 in Boots, as part of their cheap and cheerful Natural Collection range. There are often special offers where you can purchase 3 items for £5 so catch these when you can and make a small saving. The packaging is simple and minimalist, just a plain white tube with a small logo in the centre. I picked the black shade and it gives a lovely dark colour even with only one coat.
