I never, ever stick to one mascara, no matter how great I think it is, I just like swapping the one I use every now and then. Up til recently I have been using either No 7 dream lash mascara or Max Factor falsh lash effect and while finding none of them brilliant thought that I'd give this one ago - especially as it cost just £1.99!

I bought this from my local Boots store and t is part of their Natural Collection range, where you recieve 4 advantage card points - 1 more penny and it'd be 8, eh?

The first thing I noticed about the brush, is that the bristles themselves are quite wide and tightly compacted. The brush length is longish, therefore hpefully able to reach the corner ones.
I got it in black and as expected, it was a deep, thick black. The mascara was not gloopy or too thick like some of the cheaper ones are and the brush picked up just the right amount to apply!

Though the brush looks long, it isn't quite long enough to reach the corner ones which is a shame, but can easily be manipulated to reach them.
It also definitley adds length! I, fortunatley, have long, thick lashes, so did not need too much, however this did add length and they looked great! Though it did add lenghth, it was nothing dramatic, but what do you expect for less than £2?
It also made my lashes look more defined and seperated, which sort of fanned them out a bit, making the eye look bigger.

Overall I think this is a great mascara for the cost of it and would definitley reccomend it to them counting the pennies!
