I dont often wear eyeshadow but when I do I like bold colours, something thats a bit special and really stands out - unfortunately thats not what you get with these.

They cost around £1.79 for a single pot, which is super cheap, and they are normally on a 3 for £5 or 3 for 2 offer. They come in a small white pot with a window on the top showing you the colour inside, the lid screws off easily but there is no little mirror or applicator included with these so if you dont already have an eyeshow brush then you will need to invest in one.

I am not a fan of these eyeshadows - no matter how kind they are to my purse - for two reasons, the first is the colour. They do come in a range of colour but it is incredibly hard to get that colour onto your eyes. I apply layer after layer but all I can achieve is a very mellow and faded shade of whatever colour I am trying to apply around my eyes. Its not very strong and even if you are using a bold or bright colour it still appears very subtle and faded on the skin. The second major downside of these eyeshadows is their staying power. I find they only stay on my eyes for a few hours at the most before they really start to fade or disappear completely, so lots of re-applications are required, which is annoying considering not only would you have to carry this around but also a small mirror and some sort of applicator aswell.

Overall I wouldnt recommend these, they are really cheap but you get what you pay for. I do like other Natural Collection products as although they do need re-applying often, they do work well in the first place - whereas these eyeshadows dont. Invest in a more expensive and better brand if you want nice bold colours that will stay throughout the day.
