I bought my first Boots Natural Collection mascara about 2 or 3 years ago, but the first one I bought was actually the original one, Natural Collection lash build mascara which is not waterproof. I liked it so much that I have since bought 3 or 4 and the latest one I got was this waterproof version. The only reason I actually decided to get the waterproof one was because I thought it was an added bonus for the same price. I don't like paying over the odds for a dubious fashion fix, so I went for the cheapest mascara in Boots - Boots own brand "Natural Collection" waterproof mascara. And I've since found it to be a fantastic choice! The packaging is basic - it won't look impressive when falling out of your evening bag. The brush is simple. The price is economy! However, it works as well as, if not better than, the leading brands. It goes on really easily, giving a good coating to the lashes with no clumps at all. And it lasts all day, even through tears! At only £1.95 for 8ml, this mascara is very cheap at about 1/4 of the price of other "big brand" mascaras. It comes in a white container with the "Natural Collection" logo on, and is available in either black or "brown/black". The mascara brush is not of a comb or rubber type, just standard bristles, and is used to apply the mascara in the normal way. Despite only being a cheap Boots mascara, this mascara is just as good and effective as any other mascara I have tried: including many which claim to be "lengthening", "volumising" etc. Plus, it lasts longer than the more expensive ones, as many of these have less ...
