Boots No 7 Age Rewind Foundation

Well it's my birthday today, and as you get to a certain age when your skin is starting to sag and you notice a few too many lines around the eyes, the search starts! That quest for the perfect anti-ageing 'make you look ten years younger' product! I am a big fan of all things no 7 as all my skin care and make up products will testify! I have used No 7 intelligent foundation for several years now and have always really loved the product. A good foundation has to be an ageing gal's best friend - not foundation garments, corsets etc. (although, heaven knows, I am beginning to feel the need for some firmer shaping underwear) but facial skin foundation. Sallow colour, coarse texture, wrinkles, lines and saggy bits can mostly be covered up but my face is always there exposed to the elements and to scrutiny. Boots no 7 age rewind foundation I bought this on a recent visit to Boots because I needed a new foundation for the winter- no sun tan left! THE PROMISES... Quite a big initial claim in that this promises that it's more than make up, with the back of the box telling me that I can face the world with a youthful appearance and no extreme measures. It apparently restores the skin's appearance making it look 5 years younger, with fine lines and imperfections being reduced and the skin's radiance being enhanced. For quite a long time now I have used Max Factor Colour Adapt foundation, and although I still love it, I do find that it can be quite heavy for summertime, when you don't always need a full face of make up. My main problem with foundations is that I will only use the ones that blend easily into the skin. If I find that I have to pull my skin in any way to get the foundation to move around, then it's straight in the bin.
