Recently after re-applying my face powder and blusher for the third time in one day, I decided it was time to splash out a bit and get some better quality make up. After wandering around Boots for a while I decided to get a range of No7 cosmetics, they had a 3 for 2 offer on all their make-up products so I decided to get everything new, face powder, blusher, mascara and foundation.

The creme touch face powder comes in four different shades and retails for around £8.75, I chose to get the 'fair bloom' shade as I have quite pale skin. The powder comes in a flat round black container with just 'No7' printed on the top in silver. The lid simply pulls off, no hinge or unscrewing - which for me is a negative point as it isnt too secure and often the lid just falls off when im carrying it around in my bag. Inside there isnt a mirror, and you get a little flat puff to apply the powder with.

I wear this over the top of my new No7 foundation and the two work really well together. The powder really evens out my complexion and deals with any shiny areas, it also blends really well with the foundation and my skin and doesnt look as though I have any powder sat on my face which is great, even around my usual dry areas such as my forehead. The other great thing about this is that it stays put as well. As I said earlier with my previous powder I found I had to re-apply it often but I can go through a whole day at work wearing this and not feel the need to touch up my make up.

Overall I would definitely recommend this, its a really good quality face powder that compliments my skin and sets my foundation, it stays put and is really easy to apply. The only negative point is the pot but its not a big enough negative to put me off buying this again when I eventually run out!
