It's truly awful when you find a beauty product that you really like... And then it gets discontinued. But it is really great news when you hear that they are bringing it back! And that's exactly what happened with this little beauty, otherwise known as the Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation by Boots No7 What does the ... Read the complete review

I am very surprised to see so many good reviews about this product as it did nothing for my skin at all. I have only just found a good foundation which costs me £23 a pop but before that I searched and tested foundations, mousses and foundation powders for coverage and all day wear. When I asked for some help with choosing a foundation in Boots the girl on No7 said this was the best seller and applied some of the mousse to a small area on my cheek, which did look ok at the time but when I went home and tried it - it was nice for a couple of hours then wore off and it looked like I'd had the make up on since the day before. It seems very water based as the coverage did not last more than two hours.

I always have a hard time choosing and using powders and foundations: I can never seem to get a good match with my skin tone; liquid foundation used to leave my skin feeling tacky and be too heavy (though haven't used it for years and then they were only cheap teenage brands) and pressed powders tend to give me flaky skin, especially on ... With so many positive reviews I am surprised that there is this one person for which this mousse doesn't work at all - me. I have normal skin, so no special treatment is needed. This foundation lasts till about lunch time, then I only see remains of it in my skin pores and creases which has never happened to me before. And because it has a very good coverage (skin looks really lovely for the first two hours) the remains of it are clearly visible and it's really embarrassing. After a month I gave up, never again.

I'm not a big make up wearer normally and have a small collection of pretty cheap stuff that I slap on on a night out. I recently got the £5 off no 7 voucher when I made a purchase at Boots and as I will be moving abroad in a few months and need a foundation that can cope with the hot weather when going for job interviews so decided to ... I already used the Stay Perfect Foundation in No7's range for day use as it is very discreet and I don't need much coverage during daytime (I prefer a more natural look). But I wanted a foundation for night time, with a bit more coverage and a matte finish so went for this one, on the shop assistant's advice and I was not ... Read the complete review

Due to the sunshine in the summer months, my skin goes up to two shades darker, so whilst looking for a new darker foundation, i came across Boots No.7 Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation. I'd read some really good reviews about this foundation, claiming it gave a matt but dewy finish and very good coverage. I was slightly ... Read the complete review

This is yet another superb product from Boots No. 7. I initially tried this product when it was first launched a few years ago as I was fed up with my foundation ... Read the complete review

I went looking for a new foundation, and this one came recommended by the No 7 sales woman at the counter. She said that it was good value for money - £ 11.00 (cheaper than the liquid foundations in the No 7 range) - and that it was a great product for people my age, so I thought I'd give it a go. I found it hard to get used to the ... Read the complete review

This is my foundation No7 must have, I wear it everyday and every time I go out on a night out, it is truly the best foundation I have ever tried. I recomemed it to everyone! It is so soft and gentle and very kind to the skin. This Intelligant balance mousse is great, it comes in a small jar with a screw lid, which protects ... Read the complete review

Iv used this foundation for just over a year (that how long it lasts!) and i was really really pleased with it. It was recommended to me by a friend who also has oily skin and was really pleased with its mattifing effect. Although its about £11 i do think its worth it as iv tried loads of foundations over the years that claim ... Read the complete review

I bought this foundation a few weeks ago after looking for a new foundation which lasted all day and decided to give it a try. Packaging Firstly, it comes in a glass bottle with a black lid. With it being glass it is quite heavy but you don't need to carry it around all day so it suited me. It seemed to me that you ... Read the complete review

Armed with yet another £5 off No7 voucher I went into town this morning, I noticed when I was doing my 'Whats in your make-up bag?' review that I hadn't actually got a foundation, only a tinted moisturiser so with that in mind I went to the No7 make-up department in Boots.
