I have a lot of No 7 products at home and am always enticed by their deals (especially the £5 off). I bought this eyeliner for around £2, whilst using my £5 off voucher. You can of course buy this product online for a cheaper price than the RRP. There are a variety of colours to choose from, from which I selected Black.

APPEARANCE
The eyeliner is black, slick and sleek. It's around the length of a usual pencil and has a matte gold cap at one end, and a clear cap at the other. One of the real selling features of this product is the fact it has both an eyeliner and a small smudging sponge to help you blend or soften your eyeliner smoothly. The item is quite thin, but feels nice and solid in your hand. It has a smooth, matte finish.

DOES IT WORK?
Yes, the eyeliner created sharp, defined lines and could be on the upper and lower waterline without causing my eyes to tear. The liner creates quite a crisp, thin line when sharpened, but softens a little when the liner is more blunt. The smudging tool works well on eyeliner applied to the eyelid (not the waterline), creating soft and smudgey smokey eyes. The smudging tool is also good for smudging eyeshadows together with a little extra force. It lasted all day, though I did notice the flicks at the corner of my eyes had smudged quite alot.

OVERALL
A great eyeliner, quite expensive if you buy without the voucher, but it does the job well and the smudging sponge is a fabulous little addition. The downfall is the fact it smuded fairly easily during daily wear and the RRP compared to other similar products.
