I have quite fair eyelashes and so find I cant go out without a bit of mascara on, as it makes me look tired and ill. So as soon as I found I was running out of it I headed to boots, but being on a budget I decided to try one of Boots No.7 vlume mascara as it was quite a bit cheaper then other mascaras.

It comes in a black tube which is nice and curved, it reminds me of a coke bottle as it curves it and then out again at the lid giving it a very funky look as most are quite straight. The actual tube is black, so it doesnt stand out on the stands so if you want to try it you'll have to look closely, also because the writing on the tube giving you the name is quite small, its written in silver though so stands out because of the contrast of the black background.

The wand like all other mascaras is attached to the lid when you pull it out. I found the wand and actual mascara brush was quite thin, as you'll have read in my other reviews Im not fond of this due to the fact it seems to have a clumping effect on my eyelashes.

However I found with this brush when you take it out is has a good amount of mascara on, yet not too much and so theres no need to wipe the excess off on the rim. Considering its quite a thin brush it is very sturdy and applies evenly onto my lashes and goes on quite smooth. I found you have to apply two coats of this mascara, to get a notciable result. However becareful when you apply the second coat as if the first is dry the second will cause your mascara to clumo however apply it not too long aftr the first and you'll get a good coating.

The mascara lasts all day, however it doesn smudge as I tend to rub my eyes and so had to be careful, however apart from this it was a good mascara.

It came off at nice really easy which was great as it only took a few quick wipes with face wipes and it was all gone!

Well worth the money I paid for it.
