Intense mess and clumps! (Boots No7 Intense Volume Mascara)

This was another mascara that I fished out when my friend gave me a carrier bag full of make up products. It's made my Boots No7 and comes in a 7ml black tube.

The brush is pretty standard in that the bristles are lengthier at the top but condense down into a smaller length towards the end. If you look closely then you will see that the bristles have smaller bristles around it much like a multitude of hairs growing from the same follicle.

I found the brush quite hard to use and I do find that I sometimes get it on my face because the brush is quite bulky. My eyelashes are only small so I have to go in quite close to actually coat my lashes but this isn't easy with a bulky brush like this one.

The mascara doesn't apply all that well to my eyelashes leaving them looking quite clumpy rather than volumated. I prefer my lashes to be parted individually because this makes them look as though there are more than there actually are. This one just clumps. I wouldn't say that my lashes curl much if at all.

To top off everything this mascara isn't waterproof at all so I have had one occasion where I've rubbed my eyes, the moisture from my eyes have escaped and I have had streaks of black running across my face.

I'm glad I didn't buy this one myself and I can safely say that I won't be using it again. I wouldn't recommend it and would suggest you look for something better.
