I began using this compact last year after becoming annoyed with the lack of a mirror in my previous NO7 pressed powder. I bought in in Boots during a promotion for £5.78 (usual price £7.78) as I was impressed with the packaging and because it had a mirror! Silly I know to buy on this basis but luckily the product was also very good. Anyway it is a round black compact with pink flowers around the rim. It is a decent size and the mirror is large and very clear. It comes with a very soft round sponge which feels lovely on your skin. There are 4 colour options: Beige Clair (lightest) Sable Rose Miel Dore Abricote ... Read the complete review

After trying out several powder, liquid and mousse foundations, I found that powder was definitely the best for me. I have combination skin, meaning that some of it is normal, around my nose and eyebrows is dry and my forehead is greasy, and quite large pores. I also have slightly uneven skin tone. I only ever use Max Factor pressed powder as it's the only one I've found to match my skin tone. However I looked in the mirror the other day and I don't know what's happened but I was shocked to see I had a big orange face! Either I've been too heavy handed lately in applying it or I never had the right colour in the first place and no one bothered to tell me! I was so gutted and it left me with a problem! However I had a voucher from Boot's that would give me £2.00 off certain cosmetic ranges and Bourjois was one of them ranges so I set to work on the almost impossible task of selecting a pressed powder. Now price isn't an issue really. I mean I'm ... Read the complete review

I was over at my friends house getting ready for a night out when I borrowed this makeup from her to get ready as I didn't have my own. I instantly fell in love with this makeup and decided to order some for myself online. There is quite a good range of colours that this makeup comes in, I wear the Hale Natural colour, however there is a good range of darker and more pinky colours also to buy if you search a little online. I find that this makeup is really easy to apply and blends nicely into my skin, it goes on well and gives great coverage of spots and other marks on my skin. I find that this compact is great to put on with a foundation but it ... Read the complete review

Wahay, finally an all in one 'gadget' that you can trust to give you perfect results! I bought this product all because the clasp on my old compact powder kept coming undone, leading to powder wiping off on EVERYTHING it touched in my bag.. The nice design caught my eye, it has a built in mirror and a sponge, a major plus! The ones i have had in the past, i'd have to take a separate compact mirror so as to apply my powder, but with this it is so easy to use! You can angle the mirror so that you can see your face if you prop the compact up on something, which is easy as it has a flat base. I purchased the compact for £7.50 from Boots, but there is ...
