Advantages: Wide range of shades, tastes yumm (your partner will love it too!) and lips look beautiful.

Disadvantages: Can be expensive.

Imagine the scene; two lovers meet at the train station, him looking sexy in his work clothes, her in a beautiful dress, perfect make up and gorgeous, kissable lips. They fall in love instantly and forever.

Okay, it's a bit of a fairytale, but in about 4ish weeks, I'm going up North to see my boyfriend and going for a mini break, so I want amazing make-up so I can look my best all the time, one problem. No lipgloss. So after forever looking, I found Bourjois Lip Gloss.

I'd never tried any Bourjois products before, because I'm fairly loyal to Maybelline and Rimmel, but Bourjois Lip Gloss really stood out to me, because the product looked really designer and much more expensive then it actually was. At my local
Express Boots, they only had two shades of this product, but from what I've heard there are much more shades, to suit everyone's tastes and skin tones. I personally picked a fairly pink one, which a tint of sparkle, so it suited my pale skin and also fairly subtle, so I could wear it to work and college but also dates and nights out.

The application of the lipgloss was really easy, instead of a wand, there's a brush, which I thought would be a lot hard to get an even cover of gloss, but made it much easier and so much smoother then the wand type lipglosses. So top marks so far.

The actual lipgloss looked really good against my skin tone, made my lips looked really plump (which is unusual as I don't have naturally sexy, plump lips like Angelina Jolie) and my lips looked really pretty, with the slight sparkle giving them a more glamorous look to them. Also Bourjois Lip Gloss didn't seem to look to 'over done', which lip glosses seem to do to my lips, so I could easily wear this to work, without looking abit too made up. Also a fair few people have actually commented on my lips saying they look 'plump' and 'sexy', so seems to look good. I have to mention the taste as well, it tastes very candy and sweet like, which is very pleasant, which hopefully the Boyfriend will like!

Bourjois Lip Gloss is sold in most pharmacists for around £6-10. I would advise going to a big store like Boots and Superdrug as they will have the full range of colours and shades in this range.

Summary: Worth every penny.
