I bought this mascara online because it was a bargain (there may be a theme appearing in my reviews!).

I've used it for both everyday use and evening wear - my approach to mascara is just to apply more in the evenings rather than have a separate one. I've got the brown version as I'm very fair.

When I first pulled the wand out of the mascara I was surprised at how clumsy looking it is and how much mascara is visibly clumped on it. Applying it, I was still of the opinion that the wand is clumsy - it's quite big and doesn't curve so it's difficult to get into the corners of your eyes without painting it all around your eyes. Because there was so much on the wand it left clumps of mascara on my lashes. I found that it makes my lashes look fuller but not longer and I tend to need the latter really.

The mascara does seem to have staying power and there's no problem in that area, I'm just not that impressed with the effect.
