... product. I decided on the brown shade, which isn't the typical dull looking brown, but was somewhat shimmery and bronze-like - but not overly, it was very subtle. The shade is also complimented by the tube packaging which is in the same colour.
As far as I'm aware you can buy these from Boots and Superdrug, however I haven't been able to find them listed on their websites. I bought mine from an independent cosmetics website for around 4 pounds at discount price, but usual prices are around 7 pounds. The mascara also come...more

Being a lover of makeup and always looking for new things to test, I bought this mascara - Talons Aiguilles by Bourjois. I always like to have at least a couple of dark mascaras for dramatic effect and a couple of less heavier colours for a more natural effect. Sometimes it's nice not to feel like I'm wearing too much makeup, but still look smart and presentable, and I find mascaras can do this quite well if I go for a brown/black shade. On this particular shopping trip, I was on the lookout for the latter and of course the mascara had to be waterproof, smudge-proof and not clumpy!
