... or Nivea lip balm, and although they tend to improve the condition of my lips for a couple of days, they don t tend to relieve the itching and redness and to be honest, I think my lips have become sort of immune to them! However, my Mum recently picked up this product after a friend recommended it to her. It cost £2.39 for a 7.5g tub (this doesn t sound a lot but it does go a long way!) The Carmex tub is full of a pale yellow balm, which has a texture similar to that of Vaseline although a little thicker. ... dad first introduced me to Carmex a few years ago, telling me it was an even better lipbalm than Vaseline and I was understanably sceptic as Id never heard of this before and Vaseline is such a huge brand name that everyone has heard of and everyone knows works.
