      Very helpful

Don't be fooled by the gimmick - stick with more traditionally designed products.

This blusher, whilst I love the idea, is very disappointing. Well not the blusher itself - that's the same formula as their Blushing Blush Powder in a rectangular palette which is a lovely texture, long lasting and in a lovely range of natural, high pigment shades. The problem is the packaging and how to use it. The product is a silver tube with the blusher in one end (the lid) and a contracted blusher brush in the other. To use the brush you twist the tube so it pops out. The idea is you twist the end of the tube while the lid is on. This means as the brush pops out it scrapes against the blusher in the lid. You then take the lid off and apply the blusher.

Whilst this is engenius it is just not user friendly. Because the powder is so high pigment you don't actually need very much but the brush scrapes lots from the palette in the lid and so I end up blowing, tapping and even brushing off most of the product - what a waste! - and I can't work out how to pick up less product. Then the cut of the blush makes application along the cheek bones more difficult compared to the angled brush you get in other Clinique palettes. Finally you can't see the blusher so you don't know that you have ran out until its too late. In my opinion, a waste of money.
