I tried this product a while ago and I really liked it, but then I moved onto loose powder as I felt it gave a better coverage as I have problem skin and was better to set my foundation. However this is perfect if you have more clearer skin as the coerage is not as good as a loose powder in my opinion. The colourways they ofer are a a good variety nd the lady managed to help me find the righ shade for m face by testing it on my jawline. It is nicely packaged and compact so perfect to slip into your handbag as there is a little mirror on the underside. There is a sponge applicator which is velvety and ensures the product glides onto skin and gives an even application. I would recommend this product if yu dont need too good coverage from it and its just to blot oily skin and make it look more matte, although i didnt find it set my foundation very well and prefer the loose powders clinique offer.
I have used cliniques powder foundation for many years and have stuck to this as it works brilliantly for me, my skin is unbalanced it is oily in patches and dry in others.
This foundation unlike other brands i have tried does not moke my skin any oilier than normal or any dryer.
You apply this foundation with a makeup sponge as a powder but mine looks like a liquid finish, none of the flakeyness around dry skin areas.
You only need a very thin layer of this foundation as it covers blemishes really well and i no longer have any need to buy concealer sticks.
My powder is usually brought back from abroad by friends of mine so i do not know how much it costs and i would think that they only make it in one colour as i always end up with the same shade despite different friends buying it for me.
My skin is quite pale and if i have to choose a foundation colour it is always porcelean beige but my sister in law has olive skin and the same foundation seems to blend to a different tone and look great on both of us.
