Advantages: Cheap, good quality, good finish, versatile.

I first bought this product in 2001 when I was more or less a make up virgin and only really used it when doing on a night out, I think I probably bought it because it was extremely cheap and killed 2...or moreso 3 birds with one stone!

However over the past few years I have become more and more interested in make up to the point where my collection now fills many boxes and drawers in my room and this product is one of my must haves!. It can be used in many ways. Firstly just as a simple and quick cover for day to day use just used on it's own.

I tend to use it as part of my full make up regime within which i first apply collection 2000 cover up stick , let it set then use this to smooth out the skin...sometimes I may even dot a bit of collection 2000 pressed powder in ivory over the top.

The point I'm trying to make here is that this product can be used as a foundation powder, you can also wet it to get a smoother finish or just on its own as you would just a powder.

Another reason I was so pleased with this product is the price, I think at the moment in Superdrug it still only costs £3.99 which is an absolute snip when you look at other brands which often start around £6 for the same kind of thing.

The positive point os this product just keep popping into my head! I also should mention that just having one of these spare is a good idea for when you are on a night out and if , like me, in that case you need to slim your handbag contents right down to be able to take out a stylish evening bag! I have taken to sometimes carrying my whole make up bag round with me if I'm staying at a mates house but just taking this one compact can be a lifesaver to top up through the night if you are rpone to looking a little shiny!

To top it all off the quality is good, the compact has a handy mirror and the sponge applicator lasts as long as the make up itself so no need to keep changing or bring extra brushes or sponges into the equation!

Overall...a brilliant beauty item! I give it 5 stars!
