Advantages: Long lasting, good pigment, easy and quick to use, inexpensive.
Disadvantages: A little tricky to get off near the lashes.
On one hand I really like this product, but on the other hand I don't like it. First let me tell you the reasons why I like it. I bought this in purple, and the colour is a nice plum shade, and isn't expensive either. It has the small felt tip applicator that I like in eyeliners - I find them easier and more precise to use than a brush. These eyeliners do look like a felt tip pen, which I can imagine wouldn't appeal to everyone. However for those who don't like khol liners, but find the whole brush and pot of liquid a little difficult to master, then felt tip liners are a great option. Not many brands have felt tip liners (well, not many I'be seen) but luckily Collection 2000 do. The downside to this though, there are very limited colours to choose from. They do have a good jet black one, if you're just looking for a black liner for everyday wear.
The liner is very easy to apply, you can easily create a thin and precise line within seconds. I'be even managed to do a winged line with no problem, and still having the same strong pigment as ordinary liquid liners. I hate khol liners for not quite giving enough pigment, but are quick to use. I like liquid liners for the pigment and precision, but require more time to apply. Felt tip liners are like having the best of both. I find that felt tip liners are great for easily creating the same look as a liquid liner but in half the time. They are definitely a lot easier to use too. So for those wanting to try a liquids liner, but find the usual ones a bit overwhelming, then I'd recommend them to try a felt tip one. They have the same shape as the Khol liners, but instead of a pencil, it's a liquid. This also doesn't smudge really easily like a pencil liners from Collection 2000. Once you put it on (regardless you don't cry or go swimming) it lasts all day, through humidity until you take it off.
Now to why I don't like it. My main reason being that when I came to take my makeup of, I found that I had a faint purple line above my lash line where the liner had stained my skin! Although this is good proof of it's lasting power, I can't say it's something I appreciated. It did disappear after a couple of washes though. I don't know whether this is the case of all of them, but it was for the plum shade. Despite this, it didn't stain around the sides of my eyes where I did the wing, so I probably will use again as it is a pretty colour, and is great for quick applications. I may also purchase this in black on my next shopping trip, as I tend to wear black liners more than any other colour. A good liner for the price though!
Summary: Overall a recommended liner for those who love liquid liners, but don't have the time.
