I have fairly pale eyebrows and as such, I need to use an eyebrow pencil to define and shape them, otherwise it just looks like I have none! I have used different types of eyebrow pencils over the years but recently discovered one made by Collection 2000. This pencil is an eyebrow definer rather than a simple eyebrow pencil. It is different in that it is encased in its own little plastic casing and it is much softer and therefore easier to use than any other eyebrow pencil I have used before.
This brow definer cost me £2.89 and I got mine from Superdrug. I comes in a range of different colours to choose from, from light to dark. The pencil has to be twisted round in order to get it out of the end and it is very important not to twist too far otherwise you end up with too much pencil sticking out of the end and then it is liable to snap off. Care must be taken with this little pencil.
It is very easy to use and the effect is very natural though noticeable. The colour lasts me all day long and never needs to be reapplied and yet it comes off very easily with simple facial wipes at the end of the day as it is not waterproof.
I love this eyebrow definer, and as I say, it is so simple and easy to use and it creates a really natural looking and well-shaped brow.
I woke up one morning to use my eyebrow pencil and it broke on me, I didn't have time to to use another eyebrow pencil as I was catching an early train. Doing my eyebrows is part of my daily routine I feel completing bare without havering them done so thankfully at the train station there was a superdrug. I looked around for about half an hour looking for eyebrow pencil plus other makeup and I came across collection 2000 eyebrow pencils , for only £2.79 I thought this was a great bargain , I have dark brown hair with some light brown highlights so I wanted a dark brown shade but there was only black so I bought that colour. This brow pencil is very pigmented and has a last longing colour which stays on my eyebrows all day however the colour is slightly to dark for me and if I apply too much my eyebrows look very big in a bad way. I will certainly be purchasing this again when I run out.
I purchased the eyebrow definer in boots a few months ago. I can't find this product on their website; how-ever I know they still stock this product.
The product is called eyebrow definer pencil and it helps to define eyebrows to make them look neat and tidy. You can buy the pencil in 2-3 different colours, including black, brown and a lighter brown colour for people with blonde hair. I chose the lighter brown as I have very blonde hair and my eye-brows aren't too dark so I thought this one would be the best for me. I can't actually remember how much I paid for the pencil, how-ever I'm sure it was between £2 and £3.00, which I don't think was very bad value.
The actual pencil is made from plastic and has a plastic cap which clicks on the end. This needs to be on the pencil at all times to protect the top from getting damaged or broken. If you twist the end of the pencil the actual product comes out of the plastic casing and the product is then ready to use. This is a great idea as you can easily wind it back into the plastic casing should you wind out too much.
Using the pencil lightly I used it to go over my eye-brows in order for them to stand out more and look more defined and much tidier. The pencil was easy to use and I didn't need to use a lot of pressure on the pencil in order to put some of the product onto my eyebrows. After I had done one eyebrow I then stood back and looked in the mirror to compare each eyebrow. The one is which I had used the pencil on definitely looked more defined and neater. This gave the perfect finishing touch to my make up.
The product was long lasting and stayed looking great all day and night. I always take my make up off using a Simple facial wipe and the eyebrow definer was removed easily use one of these.
I don't use the eyebrow definer every-day, but I do use it about once every week when I'm going to the pub or having a night out on the town. As I only use the product once a week it has lasted me a long time and there is still plenty left.
Once I have finished the product I will be definitely buying some more as this product is great and works really well. I give this product 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to others.

I bought one of these a while ago now from Boots as I needed something to define my eyebrows.
I chose the black shade to match my dark hair, although there are various different shades to choose from. The pencil is presented in attractive packaging and it's really easy to use. You simply draw the pencil across your eyebrows, paying close attention to the shape of your eyebrows. You can make them as thin or as thick as you like with these, it really is up to you how you design your brows!
The pencil itself is creamy and it's really easy to work with. You don't have to drag the pencil along your eyebrows as the pencil follows the shape of your brows. The pencil colours your eyebrows, which is great for me as I have naturally ginger hair which means that my brows are actually quite light and fair. This pencil helps to give them both shape and colour. The effects of the pencil last all day. The pencil doesn't seem to fade, even in hot weather when your face is sweating. This gives really long lasting results and the formula is excellent quality for the small price tag.
I would recommend this pencil. For the price it's great and it lasts forever too, with average use of course!
The pencil doesn't irritate the eye area and it's easy to remove at the end of the day.
A great eyebrow pencil for wayward brows!
Prior to writing this review I was wracking my brains as to how I became to have this product I then came to the conclusion that I must have gotten it as part of a gift set as I never remember buying it but I've done some research into the price so I can comment on the value of this product.
I have many cosmetics from collection 2000 but mainly nail polishes as I love the bright colours they offer so when I came across this in my makeup draw I decided to use it to define my eyebrows after I'd plucked them to get the perfect shape.
This eyebrow pencil looks like an eyeliner, it has a fitted lid and can be sharpened easily with a regular pencil sharpener. I bought this in black to match the colour of my eyebrows. It was a black pencil with a black lid and silver writing so nothing special but its standard and it does the job.
To use the eyebrow pencil it is really easy you just softly stroke the led over your own eyebrows to get the perfect shape and even enhance the colour of your own eyebrows if this is desired. Some of my friends use this eyebrow pencil too and I know one or two of them completely draw their eyebrows on and I can honestly say you cannot notice that their eyebrows are in fact drawn on. To get the look of natural eyebrows you can stroke the pencil in short flicks to texture the pencil lines.
The texture of the led is really soft meaning it doesn't cause discomfort or scrape on your skin, the softness of the led adds to the ease of the application as it glides on so easily you can see exactly where you have and haven't applied the product.
My research findings led me to the website www.cosmetics4less.co.uk which I found this eyebrow pencil for £1.75 which was the cheapest price I could find it for without scouring Ebay! This is an excellent price considering how long it lasts as you can sharpen it time and time again until it is too small to use.
To conclude, I would definitely recommend this to a friend as I think the shape of you eyebrows really adds to the shape of your face and can drastically change your look. I give this product 5 stars.
Collection 2000 Eyebrow Pencil
**WHAT IS IT**
This is an eyebrow pencil that will make your eyebrows look more defined. It makes them look neater and more striking.
It comes in two different colours these are blonde and black. The colour that you chose will depend on the colour of the hair on your eyebrows.
When finding this product in the shop you will notice that it doesn't have any packaging as such. You will just see a pencil that is either brown or black depending on the colour you chose.
The collection 2000 logo will be on it in gold and some brief details on the product itself. The handy thing is that there is a lid on the top of the pencil so the top doesn't get damaged as easily
To apply this product you draw lightly over your eyebrow hair and you will notice straight away that your eyebrows are more defined.
It has a nice soft pencil so it glides onto your eyebrows very well. I find that its easy to sharpen it so you can get a nice point easily however I do find that it still works just as well if its blunt so I don't need to sharpen it that often.
The lid protects the pencil very well from getting smashed and squashed so I find that this is a great thing to have. You don't always get a lid provided with eyebrow pencils so I feel that this is a bonus.
This particular eyebrow pencil gives a nice soft defined look. The pencil sticks to the eyebrows and not the skin, which I feel, gives a better look.
I don't like the way you can see the pencil on the skin as it kind of makes you look constantly surprised! Thankfully this product doesn't give you that effect.
It cost me £1.99 from Boots for this particular eyebrow definer. For me it's been a good purchase as it has lasted me for a very long time.
I like the way it gives your eyebrows a soft but fuller look without looking like you have just took a felt tip and drew on your eyebrows.
It defines the eyebrows subtly and you wouldn't know that you had it on, as it looks very natural. At the same time it does make your eyebrows more noticeable and defined.
I would recommend this brand to anyone as it looks well once applied and highlights your eyebrows without making them look horrible like some other brands do.
The pencil sticks to your eyebrows and doesn't go onto your skin very much, which means it, doesn't give you that fake look that you sometimes can get.
