Advantages: Solid brush makes application easier than most and the liquid gives an even colour.

Disadvantages: The screw top is rather long making it a little fiddly to get in to my rather full makeup bag.

I wanted to try out a liquid eyeliner and so took the advice of a friend and purchased Collection 2000's Fast Stroke Eyeliner, as I had been told that, this is a good first liquid eyeliner as the style of the brush makes it easier to apply than most (although practice is still needed).

PRODUCT
This is a liquid eyeliner that glides on evenly and smoothly; leaving a neat line (after a bit of practice) that lasts all day without smudging. The design of the brush allows you to create a thin or slightly thicker line, dependant on your preferences. The consistency of the eyeliner is just right, the colour goes on evenly, without the blobs some eyeliners leave you with.

PACKAGING
The eyeliner comes in a small bottle with a long, thin screw top with a brush attached. The labelling is printed on the bottle. There is nothing special about the packaging. It is small and compact apart from the screw top, which is rather long - making it a little awkward to fit into my rather full makeup bag!

PRICE
The liquid eyeliner costs £2.99 from Boots and Superdrug, who both have regular offers on this range, 3 for 2 and the like, making it even more affordable. It is one of the cheapest eyeliners that I have found and one of few that has a solid brush rather than a more flexible one.

USING IT
The eyeliner is simple to use for a liquid liner. It takes a little practice, but is made simpler than most due to its solid brush - giving you more control over where the liquid ends up!

ADVANTAGES
This eyeliner gives excellent results and is an absolute bargain. I love the solid brush that goes to a point, allowing a fairly precise application and the consistency gives a nice, even coverage.

DISADVANTAGES
I do find that the top is a little long, making it difficult at times to get things into my already over-crowded makeup bag.

OVERALL
I think this eyeliner is great. I love that it is so easy to apply for a liquid liner - I expected to get through a whole bottle before being able to draw a line I was happy to step outside the front door with. The price is brilliant, one of the cheapest around and I certainly won't be trying a different brand of eyeliner in a hurry!

Summary: A great product, I won't be looking for another brand of liquid eyeliner in a hurry.
