I absolutely love the brand collection 2000. It's cheap and you can find it in most places such as boots, superdrug and also supermarkets like morrisons and Asda. I've never really been the one to use foundation, it was just more money and I feel comfortable in the skin I'm in. However when picking up my concealer I noticed their matt foundation for only £2.99 so I thought I would give it a go.

The packaging is black, with a black lid at the bottom. It has a see through circle on the front so you can see the colour of the foundation. It has some writing saying what it is on the front as well a sticker saying what colour I have and some writing stating the ingredients on the back. It also says that it is a new improved formulation. You get 35ml of the foundation in the tube.

How you apply the product is really like any other liquid foundation. Just apply on to clean skin, I'm lazy I use my fingers, but you can use a brush or a sponge too and then blend in to the skin. I find it goes on and spreads quite well over my skin and as the product says it does have a matt finish. I was very pleased with the product as it did make my skin look slightly smoother and look like I had less imperfections.

The foundation stays on my skin pretty much all day and it also contains UVA and UVB sunscreens so it protects your skin. You can get the product in several different shades, going from pale to dark.

When buying concealed I tend to buy natural beige or ivory. The only thing with the foundation (ivory) is that the colour is slightly orange-y. So I only put a little on.

I really like this product and I am very happy I gave it a chance. I'l be buying them more often that's for sure, and will recommend this product to anyone who wears foundation.
