I got this mascara for about £4.99 last year (2010) from Superdrug to replace my old 'going out' mascara. I was drawn to the product thanks to its attractive packaging and the promise of adding some volume to my lashes but I was sadly disappointed.

The mascara really does nothing more than a standard mascara does. The 'volumising' brush does make it nice and easy to apply but you have to go over your lashes 2-3 times before you see any results.
The tube has a nice pink and black design and does look very girly.

When applied, the mascara does make your eyes look really nice. I stopped using this mascara for going out make up and started using it daily as part of my normal makeup routine. It made my eyes look nice and wide and open and did make a difference to how my lashes looked, its just a shame that it didn't deliver its 'volumising' effects that were promised.

After a year of using the product, I was quite impressed that the screw lid didn't get all gunked up with dried mascara as so many other mascaras do. I think this is because when you take the brush out of the tube, it is very good at removing the excess mascara from the brush which is handy at preventing clumping.

All in all this is actually a pretty good daily mascara. It applies well and makes your eyes look nice and open and thanks to its attractive bright design its nice and easy to find in your makeup bag but sadly it doesn't live up to its 'volumising' promises.

I would recommend this product to friends as a daily mascara, not a volumising one.
