I've never had a problem with dry or cracked lips, but I've still always used lip balm as an extra to my beauty routine. If you do suffer from dry or cracked lips, then obviously you do need to use a balm to help with that, but this review is more on the everyday use of a non sufferer.
I first saw this product when shopping on the Tescos website, and you got 3 balms for £1.20 (prices have been known to differ); 2 originals and 1 aloe vera. Each balm is your standard pop off lid and turn bottom stick. Each lid is very secure, so no need to worry about it popping off when it's in your hand bag or pocket. It applied nicely to my lips, and wasn't to heavy. It made my lips feel soft, there was no taste when I licked my lips and no unpleasant smell.
Since I had 3 balms but only one set of lips, I actually use the other 2 on my eyelashes and eyebrows labeling each one clearly, so I don't get mixed up. Each night, I would pop a little on my eyebrows and eyelashes and it actually helped them grow longer and fuller. Who'd have thought it?
I'm so happy I gave these balms a go. They are so handy to have around, and can be used for other things and not just for your lips.
