Advantages: great coverage, length and curl, lovely smell, gorgeous packaging, expensive feel
Disadvantages: chunky brush means you can't get to the roots so well
You'd be hard-pushed to find a mascara better than this! Many promote a large brush nowadays, lots of brands advertise thier 'biggest brush ever', but Diorshow really does have a BIG brush, but it is designed so well!
I'd been dying to try out this mascara for the longest time and when my Mom was going on a flight, I begged her to buy it in duty free for me! It didn't disappoint!
The first thing that will strike you is that there is a lovely smell, almost like parma violet sweets or talcum powder! This is strange at first but you will become accumstomed to it as it's an added bonus each day when applying makeup! The silver and black packaging is also shiny and gorgeous, it never stop feeling expensive and luxurious!
Just because a mascara has a big brush, it doesn't mean it is good, but this really is. The bristles are more spaced out so you can control your coverage and comb your lashes, rather than scrape them with a Christmas tree-sized brush! The end is also quite fine so you can target your teeny lashes at the inside corner of your eyes.
Sadly, as much as I love this product, I cannot give it five stars and these larger brushes are harder to use- you have to be careful not to get mascara everywhere! It's hard to really get the roots of your lashes. You have less control because the brush hides your lashes while you apply it haha! Great for night where you want the biggest lashes possible and are wearing a lot of eye makeup anyway.
Summary: Buy this for ultimate lashes, but keep an old mascara to do your roots!
