I am a big fan of Dior lipsticks as though they are pricey they usually do as they claim, and last a long time. This lipstick costs around 22pounds and is available in a variety of colours from deep, sexy reds, to more caramel tones and browns. I usually opt for quite a dramtic shade, as I am spending a lot on it, so want it to have an impact. The colour I usualyl wear is gipsy rouge, which is a deep red/brown. The packaging is classic, with its navy casing, and silver band, with dior stitched detailing. Dior's "Rouge Dior" lipstick claims to be the ultimate in lipsticks, 'ultra brilliant, lusciously full, perfectly smooth, and wonderfully moist' lips. Quite a claim, given that lipsticks tend to either be long lasting and therefore drying, or moisturising and therefore have poor staying quality. Having both in one seems to be something of a Holy Grail! The packaging is fairly understated but sophisticated - a traditional lipstick design, navy blue with the Dior stitch pattern and a classy silver band separating the base and the lid.
