~About~
Eyes Lips Face (ELF for short) first started in New York in 2004, by American celebrity and beauty professional Scott-Vincent Borba (the man who founded Hard Candy's cosmetics line in 1995 in LA).

ELF provides cosmetics for as little as £1.50 and their mineral makeup up to £3.50

They manage to keep their prices low by not using high prices advertising. Rather they use the Internet for branding and word of mouth.

To say the cosmetics are cheap doesn't mean they skimp on ingredients. ELF are said to use the best ingredients for their cosmetics.

ELF has been named in many TV shows and magazines including, GMTV, This Morning, Hello Magazine, Marie Claire, Glamour, Grazia, The Times and many more.

ELF came to England on 27th November 2007 and they have not looked back. It is ran by brother and sister Neil Phillips and Jo Westlake, from ELF HQ in Swansea.

~About the Product ~
ELF's All Over Cover Stick has active natural ingredients and skin polymers to soothe and protect the skin.

It comes in three shades of fair, light and medium.

~Directions~
For all over coverage, apply to face using clean fingers or an foundation brush.

If covering up under eye circles either use your ring finger as this is the lightest finger and it wont pull or dray the delicate eye area. Place the product onto the area with a concealer brush and pat into the skin don't rub.

Use within 12 months of opening.

**Tip** - Apply a tiny amount to eyelids for a eye shadow base.

~Packaging~
The product comes in a small tube (it doesn't state anywhere on the bottle or the sire what the actual size is).

It has a white plastic base with a clear lid. You get the product by screwing the white base clock wise to raise it up. It is an easy product to use and small enough to carry anywhere.

~Personal Review~
I purchased it in fair. When I first got the All Over Cover stick I thought gosh it is small but then gain I thought I paid £1.50 for it what did you expect?

I first rubbed a bit onto the back and my hand, it felt smooth and creamy so I thought I would like it. I applied it under my eyes and I was disappointed, even though it felt smooth and creamy on my hand it was terrible to blend in. I applied the product with a concealer brush and I patted it in with my ring finger. At first I thought yeah its good but it didn't cover as much as I would like so I applied more and that is when it got harder. It kinda looked cakey. But I carried on with it. I applied it also around my nose where the redness is, on my cheeks and chin. Applied my foundation and I was done but I didn't like the concealer at all on my face. Not even half a day I noticed it was disappearing, my eyes looked dry and I looked awful. I had to take it all off.

For me I didn't like it all as a concealer, if you have good skin and want to touch up here and there this product might be very good for you, but for me no. I also think as you get older and more lines around the eyes I believe this product will accentuate them.

I will be sticking with my better concealer in future.

The one thing I do like this product for and thats as an eye shadow base. I have tired big name brands eye base and I wasn't impressed or they were good but expensive to use all the time so I thought I would try this.
I applied a bit on my ring ringer and patted it on my eye lid. I also took it up to the crease. You don't need a lot of it but if you feel you need more you can apply a bit more. Don't apply too much as it can crease but that is with any eye shadow base.

I applied my eye shadow in the usual way and left it. I am very pleased to say my eye shadow lasted all day! So now this is my eye shadow base of choice.

~Would I buy again?~
Yes but as an eye shadow base only.

Summary: Good as eyeshadow base but thats it for me.
