E.L.F. Earth and Water Mascara Duo

After seeing a review of the E.L.F website on television, I thought to myself, everything £1.50, that's amazing, gotta have some of that!! So a few weeks ago I ordered a couple of things - this mascara being one of them. Buying process... It was really easy to order with a secure payment page, which is a must for me when putting in my card details. The delivery charge was not too expensive, only £2.95 despite the fact that I ordered several items. I bought this mascara in an attempt to cut back on my spending on cosmetics, as it costs only £1.50, which is far cheaper than most other brands, and I thought £1.50 is not a lot to have wasted if it's no good. It looks quite nice in a simple clear plastic with a silver middle section. It is basically 2 mascaras, 1 at each end. At one end is the regular mascara, and at the other is the waterproof.
